Nic McLean

Nic McLean is an East Coast-based cinematographer and director.  He has more than twenty years of experience shooting documentaries, commercials and athlete branding films.  He loves to tell stories that celebrate humanity, challenge perceptions and promote health and wellness. 

Nic brings to every project an extraordinary instinct for designing scenes and moods with motivated natural light.  He excels at creating visual spaces that evoke authenticity. Internationally, he has filmed in over fifty countries. Each of which have helped shape a unique world view. 

Nic has worked on numerous award-winning projects for Under Armour, Levi's, Intel, National Geographic, Gatorade, Chase, Vice, Bose, Red Bull, and Sports Illustrated, among others.
