Ben Weiland

Ben Weiland is an award winning director and cinematographer focused on commercial and documentary work. Raised in Germany, he is now based in San Diego, California. His inspiration comes from the unique stories of people close to home and in far away places. Sometimes filmmaking takes him to some of the most remote regions on the planet: a recent short film featured in the Tribeca Film Festival, Under An Arctic Sky is a story about adventure in northern Iceland during the worst winter storm to hit the country in 25 years.
